Warranty
Scratch & Dent Products
Scratch & Dent warranties are administered exclusively through the third-party provider CPS after the initial store coverage period.
Customers are responsible for registering their product within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Pre-Owned Products
For pre-owned appliances requiring service after 30 days from the purchase date, customers are responsible for transporting the appliance back to the store.
Delivery
Curbside Delivery
Free curbside delivery includes exterior drop-off only. Delivery personnel will not enter the residence or install the appliance.
Out-of-Town Delivery
Out-of-town deliveries are provided as exterior drop-off services only.
Premium Delivery & Installation
Premium delivery includes indoor placement, installation, and connection setup where applicable.
Returns
All sales are final.
